Woodbury’s Real Estate Development Program in San Diego is ranked Best Studio-Based Program in the nation by Intelligent. The real estate industry requires skilled professionals to oversee new projects, manage relationships, and develop investment strategies. Woodbury RED students learn how to oversee the process of designing, developing, and managing property with a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development. We believe that real estate development should be an act of civic engagement, by working directly with communities to improve neighborhoods.
“Congratulations to the San Diego community for this national recognition. MS Arch RED faculty are making a difference in San Diego neighborhoods by developing new forms of knowledge, skills, and values through civic engagement. As developers, San Diego’s architects are working to positively influence the social and economic factors shaping the city,” says Dean Ingalill Wahlroos-Ritter. According to Chair Jose Parral, “What makes the Woodbury San Diego Real Estate Development program unique is its studio-based model, which we have now transformed into hybrid online learning environment. Our transformed program maintains the qualities that make our program so successful: the architect-developer ethos, and the tight-knit student, faculty and alumni community.”
