Academic support services are available to students and utilize an integrated approach involving faculty and staff to ensure student success.

Counseling Services

Our mission is to foster the well-being of all Woodbury University students with the understanding that emotional health and wellness are conducive to academic success. When students are socially, emotionally and mentally healthy, they are able to learn, access their own unique creativity, and develop to their full potential. A part-time counselor is available by appointment

  • Short-term individual, couple and/or family counseling
  • Workshops and presentations on a variety of topics
  • Support groups (organized around student interest)
  • Consultation with Woodbury faculty, staff, students and parents for help in understanding a student who is experiencing distress
  • Referrals to psychiatric services and specialized mental health or other community services

Accessibility and Disability Services

Your Accessibility and Disability Services collaborates with you, the student, and faculty and staff to create a campus environment that is usable, equitable, sustainable and inclusive of all members of the Woodbury University community.

Career Services

The Career Services Office provides programs, services and resources designed to encourage and assist Woodbury University students in all aspects of career planning. The office also fosters partnerships with employers, alumni, faculty and the community to provide opportunities for students to build the foundation of a successful career.
