Graphic design student Samm DeBoda shared the stage with some four-legged friends on December 14 at the launch of the Hollywood Burbank Airport’s new pet therapy program.

The program, which, in addition to designing the logo DeBoda also named, is called Traveler’s Tails. The Airport Authority has partnered with the Alliance of Therapy Dogs to provide airport passengers with stress relief and comfort through interaction with certified therapy dogs.

DeBoda’s design and name were chosen from four separate student proposals that were submitted. Faculty member Cate Roman, who oversaw the project, was also in attendance at the event.
