Student Entrepreneur of the Month: Evelina Poghosyan

Evelina Poghosyan is a Woodbury MBA student and a 2010 MOL graduate who has been infatuated with fashion since she attended her first fashion show at the age of nine. She attended Atex Fashion Academy and Otis College of Art and Design.

Evelina has won several awards including the Rudi Gernreich in Los Angeles, the Onward Koshiyama in Tokyo and the Samsung Award in Seoul. Her works has been featured at art exhibitions, at Los Angeles Fashion Weeks and has sold at high profile stores such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Newman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman. Evelina has taught at Otis since 2005.

In 2015 she sold her athleisure wear company, Peggy Moffitt, and started a new venture called ShopUrbanSiren.com which promotes a California lifestyle and sustainable luxury.
