Kipenzi Chidinma is a spirited entrepreneur, corporate executive and founder of LINĒIJ™. She earned her M.B.A from Woodbury and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from California State University, Los Angeles. She is the first person of Turks and Caicos descent to launch a sustainably sourced, bespoke, luxury, fashion brand. Before launching her company, Kipenzi worked with companies such as Walt Disney, Just Fab, Yahoo, Yamaha, and Nordstrom to name a few. The inspiration for launching her company, came after finding her great grandmothers collection of accessories and hand-drawn patterns. She is a passionate advocate as well as philanthropist for the environment, education, the advancement of women /girls – and The Huntington’s Disease Society of America (www.hdsa.org). Kipenzi donates 100% of the net profits from the sale of her HDSA collection, to the Huntington’s Disease Society of America. Funds raised will be used to help care givers, and those living with HD enjoy life – not just survive. LINĒIJ™ has been featured in Uptown Magazine, Dallas Culture Map, DFW Style Daily, Men Style Fashion and Fashion Manuscript. In addition to being recognized by peers for her creativity and business acumen – Kipenzi has also been nominated for the 2017 Rising Star Award, presented by Fashion Group International in New York.
