COVID-19 Campus Update | August 10, 2021

Dear Campus Community,

As we approach the return to campus date for our faculty and Staff and the first day of courses for our students, Health Services has received a fairly low amount of vaccination card submittals. Due to this, there will be several changes to our campus check-in process with security.

First, COVID-19 testing will now take place weekly instead of bi-weekly. The upcoming COVID-19 testing on-campus dates are August 11, August 18, August 25, September 1, September 8, September 15, September 22, and September 29. Testing will be available for all community members.

Starting with tomorrow’s COVID-19 testing, only those who have an inconclusive or positive COVID-19 test result will be notified. Health Services will NOT send a confirmation of a negative test result. This change is due to increased testing numbers and vaccine verification as we welcome our campus community back to campus.

Scheduling a COVID-19 test time on testing days will no longer be required. You can simply show up to get tested. We are adding two additional locations for testing on campus, in addition to the drive-up test location in P2.

As a reminder, fully vaccinated means two weeks after your second shot of Pzifer or Moderna and two weeks after your shot of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Woodbury is hosting a vaccine clinic this Saturday, August 14, in the upper parking lots (enter through Cabrini Gate) from 10 am-1 pm. You can obtain your first or second dose of the Pfizer vaccine. This will be a drive-thru event and will also accept pedestrian walk-ups. Please send your first & last name, date of birth, and phone number to [email protected]

Again, we remind all community members to submit their vaccine cards. Students can do this by visiting https://www.studentehr.com/ and using their Woodbury email account to sign up. Faculty & Staff should upload their vaccine cards to M Health Coach. Directions can be found by clicking here.

Finally, please see below for the requirements to enter campus.

  1. Must be wearing a mask at all times except for drinking or eating. If you do not have a mask when you arrive, please ask security for a free mask.
  2. Complete the M Health Coach Daily Symptom Check before entering campus. A green QR code is required to access campus, please show security. To sign up to receive the M Health Coach Daily Symptom Check, please visit https://mhealthlogin.com/.

As always, please email [email protected] with any questions.
