Rotating Executive in Residence Program Running at Full Steam

The Rotating Executive in Residence program, where local business leaders who are also School of Business Advisory Board members visit the School of Business to provide critical career guidance for students, has entered its third semester and, once again, has gotten off to a very successful start.

Tracy Hernandez, Founding CEO of the Los Angeles County Business Federation (BizFed); Nick Mitchel, Vice President, Legal Affairs and Corporate Counsel at Logix Federal Credit Union, and Dr. Andre van Niekerk, Dean Emeritus, School of Business and seasoned international consultant, have each participated during the early phase of the fall semester, providing insight and mentorship for students in the School of Business.

The Rotating Executive in Residence program provides students with the opportunity to hear and learn directly from business leaders from across the vibrant Southern California region who provide impactful, real-world guidence and advice.

In the coming weeks, students will have the opportunity to meet and hear from additional executives, including former college president, Tom Oliver; Jane Skeeter, Founding CEO of UltraGlas Company; Karen Schoenrock, VP Finance at Warner Bros Music; Wayne Ward, senior vice president at California Bank & Trust; Gerard Mekhsian, Director at Hutchinson and Bloodgood LLP; Shawn Morey, Realtor and Principal Broker at Dwell Real Estate group and managing partner at NutriShop, Northridge; and Neil Sherman, owner and CEO of Industrial Metal Supply.
