Evan Fladager

Full-time Faculty
MCD, Game Art & Design

Evan Fladager is an independent game developer who has been producing content in the indie sphere for nearly a decade. Evan’s game design practice centers around small, intimate experiences that portray different facets of life as interactive, expressionistic art pieces. His focus is on games as art and, wielding a deep understanding of the medium, he creates unique emotional encounters that extend beyond the bounds of what can be achieved with traditional art practices. His works include 3 Minute Walk, a short serious game about the impacts of the COVID epidemic on mental health, and Anchors, a semi-autobiographical piece about coping with isolation and severe depression.
