Ingalill Wahlroos-Ritter featured on Archinect's Dean List

Dean of the School of Architecture, Ingalill Wahlroos-Ritter, AIA, was recently featured on Archinect’s Deans List. Through the interview, Ingalill discussed the importance of economic diversity and the school’s commitment to egalitarian and practical education.

The article captures Ingalill’s ideas on how an “architecture program should enfold practice, critical thinking and making.” She goes on to state that,” Woodbury School of Architecture  does this by empowering students to ask questions, to weigh alternatives, to continually reframe new problems, and to challenge the status quo.” Prior to Woodbury, Ingalill taught at Yale University, Cornell University, UCL Bartlett School of Architecture, and SCI-Arc. Ingalill is also Director of WUHO, a venue for exhibitions, installations, and public dialogue. She has also served as a Director on the Los Angeles Forum for Architecture and Urban Design Advisory Board.
