The opening of PLATFORM will be on Saturday, February 17, from 6 to 9pm at the Woodbury University Hollywood Outpost. With more than 2.1 million students on 114 campuses, the California Community Colleges is the largest system of higher education in the United States. Southern California boasts a particularly strong community of architecture and interior architecture programs; PLATFORM highlights the work of community college students to showcase ideas on design, education and art. As a space to connect, the exhibition includes work from over ten community colleges through drawings, models, mockups, and photographs.
