In early February, WWDMAGIC held its semi-annual Las Vegas event, becoming the United States’ most comprehensive fashion marketplace, and enabling visitors to find the latest in apparel, footwear, accessories, and manufacturing. From the height of advanced contemporary luxury brands, to the latest trends in fast fashion, MAGIC fuels the business of fashion, and Marketing/Fashion Marketing Chair Wendy Bendoni was there every step of the way.

  • FROM IDEA TO EXECUTION: Lindsay Albanese, Influencer turned inventor of TOPTOTE, and Karla Chambers, original blogger turned designer of the coveted Line by K talked about growing an audience and building a brand.
  • SPARKY FASHIONISTA: RAVEN SYMONÉ: Indeed: That’s So Raven was also part of the presentations. With an innate flare for fashion, Raven Symone has always been a thought leader who isn’t afraid to take fashionista risks that make her, well, her! Building her personal brand since the age of three, Raven has become an expert when it has come to self-expression, passion, and persistence.
  • REAL TRENDS & INSIGHTS FOR REAL BODIES: Alex Michael May and Clementine Desseaux, two real women with an innate ability to connect with their audiences in an authentic way, are breaking stereotypical molds and encouraging others to do the same-and simultaneously encouraging brands to take note.
