AWS Cloud Computing curriculum comes to Woodbury
Beginning in Fall 2024, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Computing curriculum comes to Woodbury! This partnership will offer our students free access to foundational cloud computing courses, setting them up for success in an up-and-coming and highly in demand field.
As cloud adoption has accelerated, companies large and small around the world have invested in their future with the cloud. This has opened up a market for knowledgeable individuals, with cloud skills, to help companies meet their goals. In fact, according to LinkedIn data, cloud computing is one of the top hard skills companies need.
Built by the experts at AWS Academy, the program fits into existing course structures and includes lectures, hands-on labs, knowledge checks, and projects for in-depth learning experiences. Educators receive complimentary professional development and mentorship to enhance their own research capacity and industry knowledge. Students acquire the AWS Cloud skills they need to pursue the industry-recognized AWS Certification. Practical cloud skills are crucial to compete in the competitive industry and with AWS Academy students are sets up for success.
