Campus Entry Requirements

Dear Campus Community,

All students, faculty, and staff must be fully vaccinated to enter campus. Fully vaccinated means two weeks have passed after your last dose (2 weeks after Johnson & Johnson or 2 weeks after 2nd dose of Pfizer or Moderna).

Students, Faculty, and Staff must be vaccinated before coming to campus. All vaccine records MUST be uploaded to ClearToGo! regardless of whether you have a physical copy. If your vaccine record is NOT on ClearToGo! you will not be allowed in.

Students, Faculty, and Staff should email HealthCenter@woodbury.edu for vaccine confirmation assistance. If you need assistance finding where to get vaccinated, please click here.

Security will also ensure that all faculty, staff, and students complete the Clear To Go! Daily Symptom Check each day via mobile device. Please be reminded that effective Monday, February 14, 2022 security will no longer accept Health Coach. Please check your Woodbury email for further directions or email helpdesk@woodbury.edu for assistance.

Again, all faculty, staff, and students will need to complete the daily symptom check and show security each time they enter campus

There will be no exceptions to these policies and you will be turned away.
