Dr. David Cho received his Ph.D. in operations management and decision sciences from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. His prior education includes an MBA from University of Southern California and BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Berkeley. His research interests are in capacity planning decisions in service and health care industries, incorporating the behavioral and quality impacts into capacity planning with the presence of flexible capacity. He teaches courses in operations management and project management. Prior to joining Woodbury University, he also taught at Indiana University and has prior industry experience as an engineer.
