Covid-19 Protocol Updates

As the beginning of the Fall 2022 semester approaches on August 29, 2022, we would like to share our updated COVID-19 policy. Commencing this Fall, Woodbury will launch a testing program for any individual who requires an exemption to the COVID-19 vaccination policy. Exemption request forms are below. Please note REMOTE INSTRUCTION ACCOMMODATIONS are not an option, as we will return to in-person instruction. Complete details are included in the COVID-19 Policy Below.

As part of the COVID-19 protocols, we will continue utilizing the ClearToGo! tool to manage our daily COVID-19 screening. Please be sure to complete the screening questions each day prior to arriving to campus. A passing QR code will be verified by security in order to grant access to campus. Completing the health screening questions BEFORE you arrive at the main gate will help avoid traffic congestion.

Additionally, all COVID-19 vaccination records should be uploaded to ClearToGo! (https://app.cleartogo.co/submit/vax/k7hGE0SF6D) as records will be reviewed and approved by the Health Center. You can obtain a CA digital copy of your vaccination record here.

We would also like to take this opportunity to remind those of you who are returning students, faculty, and staff to update your COVID-19 vaccination information in ClearToGo!.

Woodbury is requiring everyone to be up to date with their vaccines meaning having completed your primary COVID-19 vaccines, plus your booster if eligible. Please use the CDC Booster tool to see if you are eligible for a booster.
