2019 Woodbury University Alumni Online and Print Directory
Strengthening Woodbury University’s alumni network has been a key priority among alumni and Woodbury for quite some time. University Advancement’s Alumni Relations office has taken the first step to strengthen those connections with a data verification project and creation of a new alumni directory. This directory will help alumni connect with each other and Woodbury.
Over the next few months, alumni will be contacted via postcard, phone call, and email by our partner Publishing Concepts (PCI). The University is working with PCI to collect and update the contact information of our more than 16,000 alumni worldwide.
We want to make it easier for you to connect with your fellow alumni, which is why we’re compiling the 2019 Woodbury University Alumni Directory. The extensive directory will be available in both hardcover and digital form for any alumni who wish to purchase it, and will be a valuable tool for Woodbury graduates to reconnect with classmates or broaden their Woodbury network.

We have partnered with Publishing Concepts (PCI) to produce our new alumni directory. PCI is a company located in Dallas, Texas that publishes directories for educational institutions, fraternities, sororities, and military organizations across the nation.
University Advancement’s Alumni Relations office has a contractual agreement with PCI that states: A) The names, addresses, and information provided to PCI by University Advancement for the publication of the Directory will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the Directory and except as required by court order or law. B) The Directory will be made available only to alumni of Woodbury University. Upon completion of the project, PCI will return to Woodbury any and all electronic files that have been supplied by the University or produced by PCI in connection with the production of the Directory.
If you have received a postcard or an email with a telephone number, you may call the number to speak with a dedicated representative for the Woodbury University project. The representative will verify all the information we have on file for you and make any updates where needed. The 2019 Woodbury University Alumni Directory is available for sale only to Woodbury University alumni.
The total duration of the directory project is about 12 months. Alumni can expect their purchased directory to be delivered by August 2019.
When you call to update your information, you can tell the representative what information you would prefer to have excluded. You may also communicate this information to the PCI Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org or 800.982.1590.

PCI is helping Woodbury University verify that the information in our directory is current. If your information is correct in our records, you can confirm this with PCI. PCI will give Woodbury any new information they receive so that we are able to update our records.
