  • To determine which exams you need to complete, please refer to the Fall 2019 Math Placement Exam Guide, and the Writing Exam Placement Guide. Contact your Admissions Counselor if you have any questions.
  • Placement exams must be taken before your SOAR date. You will NOT be permitted to attend SOAR if you have not satisfied your placement exam requirement.
  • Students must register in advance; walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
  • Students must check-in on time; late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
  • Placement exams dates are subject to change.
  • Both Math and Writing exams are offered on all placement exam testing days.
  • Students are given 45-minutes to complete each exam, unless other accommodations have been approved by Disabilities and Accessibility Services.
  • If you need accommodations, appropriate documentation verifying your disability must be provided to Disabilities and Accessibility Services no later than one week before the testing date. This documentation could be satisfied by submitting a copy of your Individualized Education Plan (IEP), doctor’s verification, notice of approved accommodation, or approval letter from College Board or ACT.
