Financial Aid Deadlines

Here's what to submit by when so that you will receive the maximum amount of aid

Prospective or New Students

For domestic students currently applying to Woodbury.  Students interested in only receiving federal and state grant and loan assistance need only to complete the FAFSA.

Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
Deadline: February 1

FAFSA

Note: You and your parents do not need to wait to complete federal income tax returns to complete a FAFSA. Due to recent changes students will be required to report income and tax information from an earlier tax year. On the 2019-20 FAFSA, students (and parents, as appropriate) will report their 2017 income and tax information, rather than their 2017 income and tax information. For the 2020-21 FAFSA, students (and parents, as appropriate) will report their 2018 income and tax information, rather than their 2019 income and tax information. This new feature will allow students and parents to report final, accurate income information on the FAFSA as the vast majority of families will have already completed their tax returns. We strongly suggest to use the FAFSA’s IRS Data Retrieval Tool to transmit you and your parents’ income tax return information from the Internal Revenue Service to your FAFSA.

Current or Returning Students

Students must reapply for need-based financial aid each academic year. It is important that you reapply for financial aid on time and meet all deadlines. Students who submit application materials past the deadlines are at risk of losing eligibility for institutional financial aid. Applications are reviewed between May and July for all returning students. Award notifications are sent out beginning in May.

Deadline: March 4

  • Complete The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online to be considered for federal and state aid programs. Your Renewal FAFSA is partially completed with information you submitted last year; update the information and submit it. Enter Woodbury’s school code, 001343, on your application and we will receive a copy of your results.
