Organizational Leadership is a recognized degree for those interested in management and leadership positions in the public or private sectors. This field focuses on an understanding of human behavior both in general and within organizations, principles of effective leadership, organizational structure and communication, ethical behavior and decision-making principles, communication processes, and principles of effective management.
