This competition entry was competitive with all of the architecture schools in the State of California. Look out for the project on the AIACC electronic publication ‘Relevance,' and it will also be featured at the Monterey Design Conference in September.
The jury commented that the project was “modest, beautiful and well resolved with a balance between not being overly heroic and its sensitivity to the site”.
Congratulations also goes to Professor Clark Stevens, Mike's studio instructor; and Professor Nick Roberts who guided him through the submission process.
