Stauffer Named to Most Admired Educator List

Woodbury University's Randall Stauffer, chair of the interior architecture program in the School of Architecture, has been named one of DesignIntelligence's 25 Most Admired Educators of 2012. A designer, educator, and consultant specializing in interior spaces, Stauffer has taught at Woodbury for more than 20 years. Before entering into full-time education, he worked for design firms that focused on corporate interiors for the financial and entertainment sectors.  He has worked with such companies as Warner Bros. Feature Animation, DreamWorks Records, Credit Suisse, and Playboy Enterprises.  In addition to continued consulting on design of commercial interior projects, he presents and researches on the importance of the interior space as a place of political agency and change and its impact on the social relevance to architectural design. DesignIntelligence also listed Woodbury's undergraduate and graduate architecture programs as among the best in the West in its annual list of best architecture and design schools in the United States.
