Art History Prof’s MexiCali Biennial Work Featured in LA Weekly, KPCC, LA Times

Check out LA Weekly's story about the 2013 MexiCali Biennial and the work of Woodbury's Amy Pederson, Ph.D., chair of art history. Cannibalism is the theme for the latest biennial, which has also been profiled on KPCC. An art review in the Los Angeles Times declares that the cannibalism motif "defies convention." Dr. Pederson curated the biennial with Ed Gomez and Luis Hernandez. The exhibition is at the Vincent Price Art Museum is at East LA College, 1301 Avenida Cesar Chavez, Monterey Park, CA 91754-6099. The MexiCali Biennial is showing through April 13.
