Woodbury MBA and Architecture students help with Proposed Talaria in Burbank Project!
As part of the Woodbury University Entrepreneurship Outreach Team Project, a first of it’s kind joint effort of the MBA and Architecture students provided “real world” consulting services to the Cusumano Real Estate Group for the proposed $288M Talaria at Burbank Project.
Talaria at Burbank is a premium residential rental community to be built in the heart of the Burbank Media District that will also feature a Whole Foods Market. It will be located across the street from NBC, Clear Channel and Warner Brothers, and a short distance from The Walt Disney Company and Providence St. Joseph Medical Center.
The students provided a Situational Analysis, Industry Research, Marketing Plan and an architecture design in the following: Lounge area, gardens, floor plan redesign and a Bicycle Rack Design.
Michael Cusumano sent special thanks to all students and in particular Dr. Sabolic for his guidance on the study.
