Parking and Seating for disabled students and guests with special needs will be available in the West (Main) Lot on campus. Requests for parking and seating are available online and should be submitted no later than May 2, 2014.

Guests are welcome to record the ceremony in designated photography areas (first-come, first-served). For the viewing pleasure and safety of other guests, please comply with Commencement Officials in enforcing the designated photography area boundaries.
A vendor will be on campus the morning of Commencement with floral arrangements. More information about floral purchases will be coming soon.
Continental reception in Woody's Cafe beginning at 7:00 am. Snacks and refreshments will be available for purchase during and after the ceremony.
Guest Entry and Seating
Tickets will not be required for admittance to the ceremony. As a courtesy to others sharing this experience, it is suggested that graduates limit their guest count to ten (10) people (children included). Groups are encouraged to arrive early and at the same time in order to sit together.
Seating will be available in the Alumni Quad and New Woody's Dining Room. Guests can view the ceremony via live feed in the Fletcher Jones Foundation Auditorium.
Pets are prohibited, with the exception of service animals.
Woodbury University parking lots will be open on Commencement day. Parking for graduates and guests will be available on a first-come, first-served basis - so be sure to arrive early! Once campus lots are full, guests will be directed to remote parking lots. Shuttles will be available to and from campus to remote lots. Please do not park at 7-Eleven, Hill Street Cafe, neighboring streets or any unauthorized parking zones.
Please note that stretch limousines, RVs and other over-sized vehicles will not be permitted on campus. Passengers of such vehicles must be dropped off at the front gate just past the main entrance at the bus stop.
Ultimate Exposures is the official photography vendor for Commencement. They will be taking individual photos of graduates during the ceremony. Group photos will be available by request after the ceremonies. Proofs of any photos will be sent directly to your home by the photographer. Ultimate Exposures is currently taking appointments for formal portraits. Appointments can be made online. Ultimate Exposures will also be at the Grad Expo for portraits and advance orders.

Woodbury University's Campus Bookstore will open at 8:00am on Commencement Day. A varied selection of Woodbury shirts, caps, and novelties will be available for purchasse. The Campus Bookstore is available for online shopping and accepts cash, checks (up to $500), MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards.
Traditionally, weather has been cool early but can be quite warm later in the day. Please plan accordingly as portions of the seating area are not shaded.
Jostens representatives will be present at the Grad Expo to take orders for personalized graduation announcements. You may also place your order directly with Jostens online. To ensure your order will arrive in time for Commencement we recommend that you attend the Grad Expo on March 1, 2014. Please note the typical shipping time for personalized announcements is 2-3 weeks. You may also purchase generic announcements from the bookstore. Please contact the bookstore for more details.

Please note the typical time for ring production is 6-8 weeks. Please allow 3-10 additional business days for standard shipping or 1-2 additional business days for express shipping.
Pride Sash representatives will be present at the Grad Expo to take custom sash orders. Custom sashes can also be ordered directly through the Pride Sash. To ensure your order will arrive in time for commencement we recommend that you attend the Grad Expo and place your order in person. The last day to place an individual custom sash order with Pride Sash is Friday, March 28. The last day to place a bulk custom sash order is Friday, April 4. Pride Sash does not guarantee that orders will be delivered in time for the commencement ceremony for any orders submitted after these deadlines. The bookstore will also have sashes available, but they will not be customizable.
